After Sales Coordinator (f/d/m) – Berlin (01/2022)
Helping our home machine customers with a range of service questions. You are their main point of contact; coordinating service calls & technicians, and visiting customers to solve service issues.
Executive service: Installation & onboarding of our home machines at exclusive spots, including sponsoring partners & special customers) Coordinating annual service & maintenance for all sold machines.
Key account: Keeping an overview of our key account locations and service invoicing, making sure their equipment is running all time on point.
Close collaboration with reselling companies & logistic / spare part department
You have successfully completed a tech apprenticeship (Technische Ausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf)
Training or degree in electrical technology etc (desirable)
You have experience with espresso machines, and/or coffee equipment (preferable)
You are fluent in English & Deutsch (spoken and written)
You are interested in solving technical challenges and staying up to date with future coffee technology
